If you know you have such an account, and you’ve tried either login method, please let us know what works and what doesn’t! If you don’t know your account type, then simply try this setting only if the standard sign in/authentication fails for some reason, but keep in mind we haven’t been able to test it with a OneDrive for Business account. Otherwise, the default method is to use the Azure AD v2.0 Endpoint which works for personal OneDrive accounts, but according to some documentation does not allow OneDrive for Business account authorizations. OneDrive integration was added as a convenience to those who would rather use it over Google Drive, but we would like to recommend that most people should consider Google Drive integration instead, for several reasons (particularly if you have multiple technicians using d7x, or if you are especially concerned with privacy/security.)
